When you contact HFK Design Studio, we use the information you provide to understand your project, respond to your enquiry and discuss our services with you.

What you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project suburb, project type and a brief description. Your phone number is optional. Please only include information relevant to your project.

How the form works

When online enquiries are available, Cloudflare hosts the website and checks submissions for spam using Turnstile. These checks process technical information such as your IP address and browser information. Resend delivers your enquiry to our business email inbox, where it is also handled by our email provider.

These providers may process information outside Australia. Their own privacy notices explain their handling of information: Cloudflare and Resend.

Using and keeping your enquiry

We use your contact details for your enquiry and any resulting project discussions. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing. Enquiries are kept in our business email system while needed for those purposes and any applicable record-keeping requirements.
